Derby processes all the deliveries with recognized courier companies. Derby will deliver to all locations in India provided the courier companies deliver to those locations.

We offer our customers a simple, hassle-free, returns process. Our policy is thoughtfully designed to ease up the process, save time and make you feel reassured about your order. Our request is to ensure that the returned product(s) is unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, is in a saleable condition along with the original packaging of the items to be returned, including the Derby tags.

After the receipt of product(s) we will proceed with the returns check and validation. Once the return has been approved, your request for returns/exchanges would be processed. In the case of returns, banks normally take 7-10 business days to process a refund once it has been initiated from our end. For returns of pre-paid orders, the money will be refunded in the same way the payment was made. This could include debit card/ credit card payment, net-banking, e-wallet, etc. We will initiate the process of refunding after we have received the product in unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged condition. This process can take 3 – 10 business days.

Products bought online (on derbymen.com) cannot be returned or exchanged at our retail stores. Please follow our online return process.

At this moment Derby does not offer length alterations for Jeans and Trousers purchased online.
